 The property was refurbished for the rental market

Exterior

The exterior of the property was in good condition the front door and garage door were painted and some holes where vents and the flue were bricked up

Interior

The old brick chimney breast was dry lined and a new electric fire installed

Cavity wall, loft insulation and an energy efficient boiler were installed 
A new bathroom, Downstairs W.C. and Kitchen were added

New doors fitted throught out the property

The whole house was decorated and carpeted through out

Exterior

The roof was removed and the poorly built side extension demolished

A new extension was built to the side and a new roof capped it all off

New windows and doors were installed

A new canopy was also installed and the walls rendered

To finish the externals a block paved drive was laid

The garden was fenced off turf laid and a decking area added

Interior

All walls were dry lined with insulated boards

A complete rewire and central heating system was also added
A new bathroom, Downstairs W.C. and Kitchen were added
